What a fantastic little cookie maker Vermont Moonlight Cookies is! From what I have tasted, they are experts in the ways of shortbread. The candy cane shaped cookies taste like candy canes, the maple leaves are real maple syrup & butter! They couldn’t be more local, being in Shaftsbury VT. Got these tasty holiday treats from the folks at the bank of bennington -thanks for the afternoon snack.
