Handwoven spring basket

By trish

I will be teaching how to make this very basket at my basket weaving workshop March 22! This lovely little basket is woven in the style of a Cherokee double wall, with an optional handle. What is cool about this particular style of weaving is that once you have the primary technique down, you can make any size/shape basket!

I think my little one will love to have this particular basket for jelly beans and candies, I’m hoping to make another with a much larger handle to house a few orchids of mine— in the air!

Visit here to read more about this class, and to book the basket making workshop!
